How about we look at some pretty rings?

I love a good ouroboros ring, and this one is just gorgeous; here’s a less splurgetastic version.

I’m also quite fond of signet rings, and this one with a daffodil is so sweet and unexpected.

And here’s another good signet ringhere is something much cheaper and equally cute.

This rose quartz ring would look fantastic in a stack.

The turquoise flower here—with an eensy diamond in the middle—adds a nice pop of color.

As does this glass ring.

Here’s a nice chunky and slightly retroish option.

I love how the metal mimics gemstone shapes here.

This chain shape is ever so slightly tough, but still really classic.

This heart gets a little edgy in black.

I love the idea of a hot pink stone.

An evil eye is just a good idea.

And finally: this crescent moon is so graceful.

The other day I was watching this older couple walking down the beach. They were dressed pretty normcor both in chino shorts––the woman was wearing a long sleeved button up shirt, linen––untucked––sleeves rolled up. The hats they were wearing looked like those ones you can crush and stuff into a suitcase, but they unpack looking perfectly fine. In short, there was nothing about their dress that indicated money, but perhaps it was the way they walked down the beach or how perfectly groomed they were––particularly the woman with a pedi and mani and even under her hat her hair looked coiffed––their style, their confidence, their grooming all added up to make me think they owned one of the mansions that line that particular part of the beach. As they passed me I noticed the woman was wearing small gold hoop earrings, a simple gold wedding band on her left hand and on her right a signet ring. She looked so classy and comfortable in her skin it made me want to know her. For some reason the signet ring seemed to add just the right amount of polish and I’ve been jonesing for one ever since.

It’s elections day here and I’ve pulled out all my evil eye and Hamsas. I’ll add another to my stack!

I love rings, but I have big hands and meaty fingers. The Sundance Catalogue has some great rings (many under $100) that come in a size 10.

I was just coming here to ask if anyone had jewelry resources for big hands. Thank you so much for the tip!

The Jennifer FIsher stack reminds me of some of Caitlin Mocium’s early collections. Loved those!
