I do love a hoodie

9

Hoodies are a key component of my winter wardrobe, and I must not be the only person for whom this is true, because there are so many really excellent ones to choose from, including this colorblock number, which is so unexpected and chic.

A really classic basic black hoodie with a contrast-y white drawstring that’d be great for layering.

I just think this cheetah print is really cute.

And I’m a fan of the striped cuffs and raw hem on this one.

This oversized boxy hoodie looks pleasingly old-school.

The olive hue here is really nice, and almost comes off like a neutral.

The tie-dye on this Nili Lotan specimen is about as sophisticated as tie-dye gets, and I’m not sure I’m not going to acquire it.

A ribbed wool blend sweater that’s pleasingly oversized.

I think the abstract dots on this one are so poppy and fun.

The thick drawstring here adds a touch of refinement.

Another really cool tie-dye.

The abstract print on this velour hoodie really appeals to me, and it’s very well-priced too.

I also like the metallic splatter print situation going on hereโ€”it’s kind of 80s, but in an updated way.

How cozy does this leopard print fleece hoodie look?

I hate when my neck gets cold, so the the zip-up collar here really appeals.

I like the relaxed feel of this one, as well as the deep V-neck.

Here’s a pretty cheap cashmere hoodie, which is one of the few things I think everyone should own.

The half-zip here is a cool little touch.

Such a graphic (and pleasingly loud) tiger print.

Here’s a Baja-style cashmere hoodie that’s currently marked way down.

This one has cool layered sleeves, and reminds me of this much more pricey one from Maria Cornejo.

Rainbow stripes are rather cheery and sweet.

This yellow waffle-knit hoodie from Eileen Fisher could be dressed up or down; here it is in extended sizes.

A cashmere leopard print hoodie that also sort of looks like a floral.

The first one ALMOST persuades me it would be worth it to spend $300+ on a sweatshirt. But this is a great selection overall–you have outdone yourself! I would love to see something similar with non-hoodies–what I tend to think of as “fashion” sweatshirts, which are really more my thing.

The tie dyes are very appealing – and so are the leopards. I was lucky enough to receive a black cashmere zip front 1 State hoodie for Christmas from my husband.

I am a hoodus maximus person so this posting is putting my longing for a new one in overdrive. Normally I’m not a color block person, but that first one is really, really appealing! And how smart is a zip up collar!!!

My beloved cat destroyed my grey cashmere hoodie. (“Why? WHY???) Since then I have gone off-the-deep-end cheap in white and black with Hanes’ website :https://www.hanes.com/shop/hanes/hanes-womens-full-zip-hoodie-sweatshirt-ho4637?categoryId=264631
