This casual and elegant California-based label wasn’t on my radar at all until my cool friend Shelby connected me to them, and they, in turn, very kindly let me choose a few pieces from their fall collection. My absolute favorite is this antique white pintuck blouse that is currently in perilously high rotation, and which I just ordered in the black too. You know I can not stand much in the way of ruffles, but the ones at the neckline are so subtle here that it really works.
I like the blue-on-blue stripes on this popover: it’s kind of a perfect, easy vacation piece.
This peasant blouse is saved from being too hippie girl-ish by a clean shape and smart gray print.
A cute graphic tee with a sentiment that’s tough to argue with.
Another piece they sent me that I love: this super-cute, slightly boxy striped popover.
It appears as though both the black and white pintuck blouses are only available in XS right now. Ugh! They are so great.
Never mind – I figured it out. Yeah!
I ordered the navy pinstripe. I love the white pintuck and the gray peasant blouse, but the navy is half off so that sealed the deal. I’m always conservative until I get an idea of a brand fits.
Check out today’s “I Want to be Her” post for the almost same pin-tuck blouse from Alex Mill.
DROOL!!
Ditto DROOL!!
I’m liking what I see on the site. Really love that blue stripe pop-over.
Oh no. I want everything.
Must have that T shirt. NOW.
How did you find the sizing?
Pretty true.
Just bought one of these beauties, THANK YOU!
I forgot to wish you a Happy New Year!
Also … I noticed that in the corduroy post, there was a pair of pants that covered the entire leg. Yay!
The popovers are enough to make a woman break her “No new items” ban!
Wait, is this THE Trovata that was big in the early 2000s? Founded by the three/four cute surf dudes?! That label disappeared for almost a decade, if so!
