The working mother one — priceless. And even for those no longer or never a working mother, the stuff about mansplaining and the not-aggressive/too-aggressive debate — so perfect. Thanks for this.
Working mother article was just perfect, like Candy said, plenty of points that are relatable to all working women, whether they have kids or not.
The working mother one! Love it. Going to send it to my work folks along with the agenda for tomorrow’s gender equity committee meeting.
I’m beyond impressed with Equal Justice Initiative and the memorial. I’m glad they are making the collective us aware of the injustice back then and the injustice that continues today.
I just came back from the opening of the museum in Montgomery,AL. If sainthoods were to be given for living people, Bryan Stevenson, and his staff, qualify. It was an overwhelming three days.
I watched a segment on 60 Minutes (?) about it and I felt so emotional after seeing the images of lynchings that I haven’t been able to get it off of my mind. I’m most certainly planning to see it…it looks astonishing!
Everything ok? You are missed today (Tuesday)
Agreed! Thinking of you, Kim!
