I look forward to these every Friday! I don’t know how you do it, but you always seem to have the pulse on what we all just *need* to read…after a long week of…everything…Thank you, Kim!
Thank you for these links, as always! Such a great selection. I just forwarded the article about the matchmaker to many other women.
The report on Martha Stewart’s tag sale was….. chef’s kiss.
So much fun to see these lists each week—thank you! The McSweeny’s article was funny and relatable (what was that about all the intrigue in a relationship getting sucked up into the air filters during the pandemic? Hilarious). Also: I have a request: would it be possible for you do do a post on jackets to wear for going out to bars, concerts, parties (on chilly outdoor decks at night)? I went to my first one of these in a couple of years recently, and while I felt ok about my “party in a top” situation (thanks for that framework, Kim!) I realized I do not now have any jackets cool enough for these kinds of events, and I need to up my game. I love chore jackets but those are better for errands on a Saturday, or something like that amazing fluffy coat you posted about yesterday, but I feel like there is a whole other category I’d love to see a post about. I’m sure some leather jackets would fit the bill (but which ones?) and are there jackets that aren’t leather but that have a similar vibe for these kinds of evening events? I’d love to see a post like that! Thanks for considering it!
