Thirded, thanks so much for the creeeeeepy Westfield article. So well-written, riveting!

Amidst the shivers I laughed out loud at:
“They also hired Robert Leonard, a renowned forensic linguist — and former member of the band Sha Na Na … ”
    and
” … in a 1991 case involving an allegedly ghost-filled house, a New York court ruled that “as a matter of law, the house is haunted” … “.

    Icing on a bonkers cake.

That Watcher article is crazy. I know it seems mostly likely that the watcher is a neighbor whose fixation is more on the house than on the owners, but I just kept thinking that a prior enemy with no connection to the neighborhood could be behind it. It would be a good way to ruin a family financially while providing great misdirection.

Technicolor and great style in an era of black and white photography. That’s what makes Vivian Maier’s images so outstanding. She manages to capture the racial tension of the day outside of its usual context.

I made the mistake of reading that article about the Westerfield home while staying home alone with the flu, and now I’m completely freaked out and wondering if I can use jojoba oil from Trader Joe’s to dedicate/consecrate my house.

I loved that Vivien Maier documentary on Netflix. My dream is to find something undiscovered in an old attic hah.
Also, as a reader of the Ferrante books, I dont see how theyre going to adapt them into a series. Dubious……
