I am a big fan of Gabrielle Blair’s before this but I was surprised at how much I LEARNED through this episode. I consider myself a feminist and fairly modern – but wow, I have been carrying the burden of childbearing for my entire life in a way that I never realized before. Maybe hearing your discussion out loud made it sink in, in a new way. The thought that I could die in childbirth in some states in this country adds a whole new level of awful to this realization.

Another great episode and a book that I feel should be required reading for all young men. Thank you!

So excited about this podcast! Just read about her in the NYT. A revolutionary approach to this topic.

This book! So glad you are having her on Everything is Fine because obviously, once you’ve read the book, you realize that everything is NOT fine and there is lots to discuss.

Daaayum Ladies, that was a wonderfully thought provoking podcast. I was very VERY leery at first because of the whole Mormon thing, but Ms. Blair is amazing. Every teenage person in America should read the book or at the very least listen to this podcast. So much food for thought!

Gabby Blair is my hero! Her point about women being fertile for 24 hours per month while men are fertile every day was mind-blowing.

In Seattle, all our friends went to Dr. Snip as soon as they were done having kids (literally, it’s his website: drsnip.com). My husband couldn’t make his appointment fast enough after baby #3!

A fascinating woman. I’ve been following her instagram account for quite some time (I’m very interested in her French life and 17th century home restoration).
